The public limited company with the name Mobimilia BV. is headquartered at Van Diemenstraat 356. 1013CN in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, it will be referred to herein as the "Company".
This Privacy Policy describes the way in which we collect and process personal data we receive, via the internet or in other ways, and the privacy practices of the Company, which is committed to protecting and lawfully processing personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and its implementing Laws.
The company is aimed at an adult audience. We do not collect personal information from any person we know to be under 18 years of age without the prior verifiable consent of the person exercising parental responsibility. The person exercising parental responsibility has the right, upon request, to be informed of the information provided by the minor and/or to request its deletion.
